Aishwarya Rajesh of 'World Famous Lover', 'Tuck Jagadish' and 'Republic' fame is going to be seen in an unconventional role in 'Farhana', to be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi in theatres on May 12. Its teaser was today released digitally by Rashmika Mandanna.
Made originally in Tamil by Dream Warrior Pictures of 'Oke Oka Jeevitham' and 'Khaidi' fame, the film is helmed by Nelson Venkatesan of Kollywood.
The titular character plays an economically poor woman who joins a call center so that her kids can afford a school education. But the job demands her to cross moral boundaries in gratifying male customers who seek cyber fun. When she gets caught, it sends shivers down her spine. Farhana, who hails from a conservative family, is in for ostracism.
The film also features Sri Raghava, Aishwarya Dutta, Jithan Ramesh, Anumol and others.
