'Swathi Muthyam', the family comedy-drama, will head to theatres on October 5 marking Dasara. The news is that a new song from the movie was released today.

Titled 'Dum Dum Dum', the song begins with Balamurali (debutant Ganesh Bellamkonda) telling his marital match Bhagyalakshmi (Varsha Bollamma) that she should have been aptly named Alakananda. Then the song takes off. It's all about the families of the bride and groom making preparations for the wedding. Complete with trendy stuff like pre-wedding shoots and all, the Mahathi Swara Sagar composition, written by Krishna Kanth, is winsome.

The festive mood of the song is amped up by children rendering it in chorus. Aditya Iyengar, Arun, and Lokesh join them.

This Lakshman K Krishna directorial also features Rao Ramesh, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore, Harshavardhan, Pammi Sai, Goparaju Ramana, Siva Narayana, and others.
