'Ari' is the title of an upcoming movie headlined by Anasuya Bharadwaj. The film's title logo was released at an event held in Hyderabad on Friday.

Directed by V Jayashankarr of 'Paper Boy' fame, the film is produced by businessmen Seshu Maramreddy, Srinivas Ramireddy and Arvi Reddy.

Sai Kumar, Viva Harsha and Subhalekha Sudhakar are playing key roles. Anasuya, who has been in the right form since 'Rangasthalam', seems to have played a strong role in the movie. Speaking at the event, 'Akhanda' producer Miryala Ravinder Reddy said that the film's caption 'My name is nobody' is intriguing.

Anasuya said that she was blown away when she listened to the story during the pandemic lockdown in 2020. "I used to wonder why amazing content of the sort brought out by Netflix and Amazon Prime are not made here. I am glad that writers and directors are penning characters for me. After 'Rangasthalam', I didn't receive exciting offers for two years. 'Ari' is a mix of both humanism and entertainment. Anup Rubens' music is superb," she added.

The film also features Srikanth Iyengar, Surabhi, Srinivas Reddy, Chammak Chandra, Sashank Mouli, and Pavani Reddy. With music by Anup Rubens and editing by G Avinash, the film has lyrics by Vanamali. Bhanu Master has taken care of the choreography.
