Versatile actor Karthi's 'Naa Peru Siva 2', which is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green, is directed by Pa.Ranjith.
'Naa Peru Siva 2', starring Catherine Tresa as the heroine, was scheduled to be released in theatres on January 13. But in view of the increasing number of Covid-19 cases, its theatrical release has been put on hold for now.
A new release date will be announced soon. The film is the dubbed version of 'Madras' (Tamil).
As of now, 'Bangarraju', 'Rowdy Boys' and 'Hero' are the only notable Sankranthi releases.
