Versatile actor Karthi's 'Naa Peru Siva', which became a big hit in 2010, is all set to have a new edition. Produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green, the film has been written and directed by Pa. Ranjith of 'Kabali' fame. The director is in fine form, as his most recent movie 'Sarpatta Parambarai', starring Arya in the lead, proved.
'Naa Peru Siva 2' will be released in theatres later this month. Starring Catherine Tresa and Kalaiyarasan in key roles, its music is by Santosh Narayanan. Murali G has cranked the camera.
Karthi was last year seen in 'Sulthan', which was released in April, simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The other day, Karthi rang in the new year with a positive message. "Having a learning attitude towards life makes everything easy! Let’s learn something new everyday! Wishing everyone another year of good health, prosperity and progress! Please stay safe! (sic)," he tweeted.
