Adivi Sesh-starrer 'Major', which is helmed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, is not heading to the theatres this year. The Telugu-Hindi-Malayalam trilingual will be released in theatres on 11th of February next year.
Releasing a making video today, director Sashi Kiran Tikka and lead man Adivi Sesh said that the film was shot in 120 days across 75 locations. Most of the film was shot on specific sets.
The events of the terrorist attack that took place at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai will be traced by the film, which has Prakash Raj and Revathi as the hero's parents. Murali Sharma is a military officer. Sobhita Dhulipala and Saiee Manjrekar have key roles.
Bankrolled by Sony Pictures Films India, GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies, the film has story and screenplay by Sesh, while dialogues are by Abburi Ravi. Sunil Rodrigues and Avinash Kolla have done the action choreography and production design, respectively.
