'Annapurnamma Gaari Manavadu' is a family entertainer starring Annapurnamma as a grandmother and Master Ravi Teja as her grandson. Produced by Manneti Nageswara Rao and directed by Narra Sivasnageswararao, it features Baladitya and Archana as the lead pair. Jamuna has played a guest role.
Released in theatres on Friday, the movie is said to have got a very good response from the audience, as per the makers. At a success meet held on Saturday, the director said that the family audience are loving the movie. "We are glad that the collections from Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijaywada, Nellore and Guntur are very good. The figures from Rayalaseema are also encouraging. Jamuna garu has acted in a movie after a gap of 30 years. Several senior actors have given their lives for their respective characters," the makers said.
The film portrays the importance of jointly family relations.
Sri Harsha, Sri Lakshmi, Prabha, Jayanti, Sudha, Sangeetha, Jayavani, Banerjee, Raghu Babu, Adhurs Raghu, Tagubothu Ramesh, Suman Shetty, Jeeva and others are part of the cast.
