Actress Avika Gor is now a producer. She has joined hands with Acharya Creations, owned by producer Bhogendragupta Madupalli of 'Napolean' fame. The duo has come together for a promising film.
After films like 'Uyyala Jampala', 'Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki', 'Cinema Choopistha Maava' and 'Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada', Avika has launched Avika Screen Creations. Her first production stars herself as the heroine. Sai Ronak is its male lead.
To be directed by Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham, the film was announced today. Gandham has years of vast experience in ad making. "When he approached Avika with the story of Acharya Creations' movie, she loved the script and offered to be one of its producers," a source says.
Avika said that she has observed every aspect of filmmaking as an actress and model over the years. "That's why I want to try producing a movie. The director has narrated a fine story, and I think it is apt for me to turn a producer with such a film," she added.
What is the film about?
A boy and a girl, who hate each other intensely, are trapped in a situation where they can't find a way out. What ensues is the crux of the story.
Shravan Bharadwaj is the music director.
