Aggressive Star Gopichand's much-delayed 'Seetimaarr' stars Tamannaah Bhatia as the heroine. Helmed by Mass Director Sampath Nandi, the sports film will be resuming its shoot from November 23. Its production works had to be stalled due to the pandemic months ago.

Bankrolled by Srinivasaa Chhitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen, the film comes in the backdrop of Kabaddi. "We completed three schedules before the lockdown. The rest of the production works will be finished in the next schedule at a stretch," the makers said. About 40% of the shoot is yet to be completed.

Shot previously in Rajahmundry, Hyderabad and Ramoji Film City, this one is touted to be the costliest movie in Gopichand's career. The producer has billed it as an emotional rollercoaster ride. The director is confident that they are going to deliver a whistle-worthy film. "If Gopichand will be seen as a Kabaddi coach for the Andhra team, the 'Sye Raa' actress will be seen as a coach for the Telangana team," he added.

Digangana Suryavanshi will be seen as a village girl in this film that also features Posani Krishna Murali, Rao Ramesh, Bhumika, Rehaman, and Bollywood actor Tarun Arora.

Cinematography and music are by S Soundar Rajan and Mani Sharma.
