Shankar - Theater reverberates with the claps and laughs of audience when he appears on the silver screen. He, who chiselled a special image for himself with a TV show Jabardasth and later made his entry into films and now riding high as star comedian, is being introduced as hero through ‘Driver Ramudu’. Audience have set their expectations that this is going to be an out and out hilarious entertainer. These expectations doubled with the recently released first look poster and title. Venugopal Kodumagulla, ML Raju ad SR Kishan informed that the film is coming out wonderfully. The film has completed two schedules and presently the third schedule is going on at Ramoji Film City and in and around Hyderabad. The team is presently filming action sequences, a song and few crucial scenes.
The film is being directed by Raj Sathya and produced by Venugopal Kodumagulla, ML Raju and SR Kishan under People banner with Master Raj Pranav Teja as presenter.
Updating the progress of the film, Raj Satya said, “Shakalaka Shankar, who is known for his comic roles so far, will be seen in a new avatar in this film. Audience will be emotionally connected with his characterization. Output is wonderful. Third schedule is going on in and around Hyderabad. We are presently filming action sequences, a song and few crucial scenes at RFC in Hyderabad. We have chosen the title of great legend NTR’s blockbuster film ‘Driver Ramudu’. We consider it as our first success. Shankar and rest of the comedians in the film will entertain audience and leave them in splits with their comedy timing for sure. We will wrap up all formalities and bring it to audience soon.”
