She romanced his dad and now she will be playing his mother. News is doing rounds that Tabu will now be playing the role of Akhil Akkineni's mother in his second film. Tabu was approached with this role and after reading the script she seems to have liked it.
This is not the first time that Tabu is playing mom role. For the unaware, she was also romantically linked with Akhil's dad Nagarjuna.
Presently Tabu and Nagarjuna are good friends. Akhil's second film will be directed by Vikram Kumar. We will have to wait for confirmation about her acting as Akhil's mom.
