Indraneil Sengupta, Jarasha, Abhishek, Karthavya Sharma, Neeraj, Mrinal and Mrudanjali as the main cast, a new film 'Aithe 2.0/Pirates 1.0' was launched on Monday i.e. on November 16 at Prasad labs in Hyderabad. Prasad Lab head Ramesh Prasad sounded the clap board, while TDP Spokesperson Jupudi Prabhakar Rao switched on the camera for the muhurat shot and Telangana Film Chamber President Ram Mohan Rao directed it. Raj Madiraju, who earlier crafted different films like 'Rushi' and 'Andhra Pori', is directing this different concept film titled 'Aithe 2.0/Pirates 1.0'. Hemanth Vallapu Reddy and K Vijaya Rama Raju are producing this film on Firm 9 pictures banner. The film is being made on techno thriller concept.
Jupudi Prabhakar Rao, Basireddy, Ram Mohan, Venugopal, Raj Madiraju, producers Hemanth Vallapu Reddy, Ravi N Rathi and K Vijaya Rama Raju and the film unit members has attended the film launch function.
Producer K Vijaya Rama Raju said, “Director Raj Madiraju is crafting the film with a different concept. We are making the film in Telugu and Hindi languages. We found an excellent team.”
Basireddy said, “It is not an easy thing to make a film in both Telugu and Hindi languages simultaneously in these days. Director Raj Madiraju and producers are going ahead with perfect planning. I wish all the best to the team.”
Wishing all the best to the unit, Jupudi Prabhakar Rao said, “Producer Vijaya Rama Raju has good experience in Marketing field. I wish and hope that he will become big success in cine field also. Technology is a boon and also it can be a curse too-this is the concept of the film. The film also depicts how the technology is useful for youth in the present society.”
Briefing about the film’s details, director Raj Madiraj said, “‘Aithe’ was released nearly 12 years ago. Chendra Sekhar Yeleti and Gunnam Gangaraju have shown us how to make a silent film. 'Aithe 2.0' is the reboot version of ‘Aithe’. But this film is not that much silent like ‘Aithe’. This is with a techno thriller concept. Today’s youth are spending too much time on their phones and laptops. They are spending more time online and they are not aware of surroundings. Someone will watch them. Who is it? The film depicts that how spending hours in social networking sites will lead to problems. There is a good message for youth in this film. The film is being made as ‘Aithe 2.0’ in Telugu and as ‘Pirates 1.0’ in Hindi. Regular shooting will start from today. The film will be shot in and around Hyderabad for 45 days.”
Indraneil Sengupta, Jarasha, Abhishek, Karthavya Sharma, Neeraj, Mrinal, Mrudanjali, Dr Srikanth and Jeeva are playing important roles in the film.
