Young hero Nikhil and Swathi starrer ‘Karthikeya’ which was released on 24th of October had grand openings and is running successfully with a hit talk. It will now successfully reach 50 days milestone on Friday i.e. on December 12th. Venkata Srinivas Boggaram has produced the film under Magnus Cine Prime Pvt. Ltd. banner with Siruvuri Rajesh Varma as presenter. Chandu Mondeti is the director.
On the eve of film’s success, hero Nikhil expressed, “’Karthikeya’ stood as a super hit commercial movie in my career. The success of ‘Karthikeya’ once again proved that the audience will always encourage new conceptual films. It’s a pride and huge responsibility. It was released perhaps as a shoestring film, but now it successfully reached 50 days milestone. The film has collected in the range of big movies. Even today, audiences are encouraging our film. It has given me immense happiness. I have started my experiments with ‘Swami Ra Ra’ film in my career. The success of ‘Swami Ra Ra’ boosted my confidence to choose new conceptual films. ‘Karthikeya’ belongs to that genre. I got appreciations from some prominent people in the film industry along with distributers and exhibiters that I have worked for a wonderful film. I got appreciations than any other film in my career. Hereafter, I will do only variety movies.”
