Nandini Reddy is the leading female director who got fame through 'Alaa Modalaindi'. She acquired appreciations from censor board and critics for making such a clean 'U' certified film. So expectations arose for her second film 'Jabardasth'. But the film brought mixed reviews for her. Today, she is facing an issue with YRF that the plot of Jabardasth having some similarity with 'BBB'
As we know earlier that, Yash Raj Films widening their production market to the south. They planned to remake their Hindi hit film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in all south languages. YRF surprised to see that the plot lines of ‘BBB’ are there in the first half of ‘Jabardasth’ which was released on February 22.
To this hot situation Rafiq Gangjee-Vice President Marketing & Communications at YRF reacted that producer of this film did not pay attention and acknowledge them when YRF approached before the film has been on floor. They thought that they might not observe any lines copied from 'BBB'.
YRF is going to take legal action if their legal team finalizes that the plot lines of 'Jabardasth' are from 'BBB'. This is going to be a prestigious issue for YRF as they are planning to launch in south.
