Vishnu-Hansika’s ‘Dhenikaina Ready’ was released on the auspicious day of Vijayadasami. However, the film faced piracy problem soon after its release. After learning that some culprits have pirated the film and releasing it tomorrow in the market, actor Vishnu organised a press meet this evening and expressed his anguish.
Speaking to the media Vishnu said, “Cinema is our soul. We work hard day and night to make movies and then release. If the film becomes hit the happiness of every artist and technician cannot be explained by words. But the pirated persons are stealing our hard work and happiness in the form of piracy. We have learnt that our film was pirated in few districts. So we have decided to take action against it. The police department will be supporting us. As promised by my father, we will reward Rs 1 lakh and free education in our Vidhyaniketan for those who inform us about the piracy in future also. I request all to support and encourage us. If any of you come across piracy, pls call us on 9160999922. I’m very happy that the film became successful in Telugu. I thank the audience for making the film a bigger hit than ‘Dhee’.”
Mohan Babu, Director Nageswara Reddy and DOP S Gopal Reddy also participated in the press meet.
