Ram Charan and Tamannah starrer ‘Racha’, directed by Sampath Nandi and produced by SV Prasad and Paras Jain under Mega Supergood Films Pvt Ltd., opened grandly on April 5th and successfully going to complete 100 days run in 38 centers on 13th July. On this occasion a press meet was held by the producers in Hyderabad in which producer SV Prasad, Parachuri Brothers and Vakada Appa Rao participated.
Producer SV Prasad while speaking, “We are very happy to note that 'Racha' successfully completed 100 days in 38 centres. The film became successful beyond our expectations and joins the list of top movies made on our banner. We share this success with all mega fans. As told by Chiranjeevi garu that Telugu cinema should always be ahead of films from other languages, we have released ‘Racha’ in Tamil and Malayalam along with Telugu and tasted big success. Following our footsteps many producers are now releasing their films in three languages. In this line, the recently released ‘Eega’ created sensation. Many fans are eager to know the collections record of ‘Racha’. However, we would have talked about it if it had crossed ‘Magadheera’ record. Our special thanks to Ram Charan who worked really hard for this film. We were able to release the film on scheduled time only due to technicians’ day and night hard work. Mani Sharma’s music is the biggest asset to this film. We would definitely make many more good movies like this in the near future. We are yet to decide about the 100 days function since our hero Charan is busy with shootings. We will discuss with him and announced the details of the function very soon. We will always be grateful to the audience for making this film a big hit.”
Parachuri Venkateswara Rao said, “All movies that we worked for on Supergood Films banner have become big hits. We are happy to note that ‘Racha’ joins the hit films list. Our film industry is flourishing with continuous hit films this year. I wish this trend will continue forever. Sampath Nandi is as sincere in directing the film as he was while narrating the story. He is enjoying the fruitful results of it today. Chiranjeevi garu gave us the responsibility to make this film a successful one. And we are happy to fulfill that.”
Parachuri Gopalakrishna commented, “Our association with Supergood Films is continuing since long ago. Following the footsteps of K V Reddy, the producers of this banner aim at achieving their goals. Racha’ is like ‘Gharana Mogudu’. But Sampath Nandi crafted this film with a different screenplay. His screenplay is the main highlight. Chiranjeevi garu worked very hard for this film and gave us good suggestions. We thank the audiences for making ‘Racha’ a big hit.”
Vakada Appa Rao also expressed his happiness over the success of the film and thanked the audience for making it a big hit.
