After earning a special image through several antagonist characters, Sonu Sood is now all set to play the role of a don. The underworld Don is none other than Dawood Ibrahim. Although there were enough films based on Dawood Ibrahim’s life story like ‘Company’, ‘Black Friday’, etc., director Sanjay Gupta is coming up with yet another interesting subject based on his life history. Titled ‘Shootout At Wadala’, this film is the sequel to ‘Shootout At Lokhandwala’. Besides directing this film, Sanjay Gupta also wrote the script along with Hussain Zaidi and is jointly producing it with Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film also stars John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Tusshar Kapoor, Manoj Bajpai and Ronit Roy.
Sonu Sood is going to play Dawood’s role. According to Sonu, he is planning to do lot of homework regarding this character before he faces the camera.
