The much awaited sequel to 2010 blockbuster ‘Dabangg’, has completed shooting of more than half the film. The film will take the story forward with Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha reprising their roles from Part 1. This is Arbaaz Khan’s directorial debut film and it’s scheduled for release on December 21st. Arbaaz mentioned in his twitter: “Well for all the Chulbul Pandey fans.. DABANGG 2 is almost 60% complete, we resume shoot after the promotion and release of EK THA TIGER !!!”
“DABANGG 2 is slated for an end of the year Christmas release.. 21st Dec 2012,” he added. So all fans out there, get ready for the movie bonanza during the Christmas season.
‘Dabangg’ was remade into Telugu as ‘Gabbar Singh’ and it turned out to be a blockbuster. So going by the box-office results of ‘Dabangg 2’, Pawan Kalyan might plan for its remake too.
