The teaser of Ajit’s ‘Billa 2’ that was recently released has created a sensation not only in Tamil Nadu but also in Andhra Pradesh. ‘Billa 2’ is the sequel to Ajit’s earlier blockbuster flick ‘Billa’ which was directed by Vishnuvardhan. It’s learnt that ‘Billa 2’ would be dubbed into Telugu with the title ‘David Billa’ with a tagline ‘The Beginning’. Parvathy Omanakuttan and Bruna Abdullah are the leading ladies while Meenakshi Dixit and Ganriel Bertante are performing the item songs. Musical scores are being rendered by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the audio is expected to release on May 1st. Chakri Tholeti is directing ‘Billa 2’ which is expected to release some time during June 1st week.
‘Billa’ was earlier remade in Telugu with Prabhas, Anushka and Namitha in lead roles, but now the Tamil makers are planning to release it directly in Telugu. The reason being Ajit has a good market in Telugu also.
