‘Ratnavali’ is about a woman who believes that it is her responsibility to make her better half go on the right path to reach his goal. She is none other than the great poet Tulasi Das’s wife. His poems are the inspiration to our society. ‘Ratnavali’ is the film based on the life history of this couple. Featuring Pooja Balutia and Sunil Sharma as Ratnavali and Tulasi Das, the film is being directed by Allani Sridhar. Right now the shooting is progressing in Ramoji Film City.
According to director Allani Sridhar, “Tulasi Das cottage, Meera Bai’s Temple and Kasi Maharaj’s Durbar sets are the visual treat to the audience. “We are planning to shoot the key scenes in Kasi, Ayodhya, Chitrakut and Prayagha shortly”, he informed.
Other star cast is Vani Vishwanath, Suman, Vindhu Singh, Kandhukuri Rajasekhar, etc.
