On the eve of his birthday on September 8th
Natti Kumar organized a press meet and spoke to the media.
Addressing the media he said, “As a mark of my birthday every year I organize several social service programme. So far I’ve spent Rs 22 crores on such programmes. This year also I rendered financial help for 125 people including the poor and cancer patients. I’m the President Protestant Christianity of Andhra Pradesh and I control about 800 churches. We have organized the mid-day meals soon after the prayers in all these churches. I was an ordinary man who turned to be busy in politics as well as serve Christians. Films are like by hobby. Even though I grew up to the level of being the sector chairman, yet I’m not being treated well when compared to the previous chair persons. I would definitely bring those people to lime light who are earning money illegally and not paying taxes to the government. I’ll keep the deadline of 45 days and later reveal the names to the CBI for investigation. Those who refuse to pay taxes will have to pay the penalty tax and also cases will be filed against them. My two production ventures will be completed soon. After the release of these two films I’ve decided not to make any more films till the producer’s value is recognized. I will only start making films from the time the producer gets his respect.
