Murugadoss gets ready for his 2nd film with Akshay Kumar

After becoming successful in Bollywood through his debut film ‘Gajini’ featuring Aamir Khan, director Murugadoss is now preparing himself to start his new project with Akshay Kumar. According to Murugadoss, the present trend in Bollywood is the remake of south Indian movies. He said, “Even though those films are attracting the North Indian crowd, I’ve prepared my own script keeping Akshay Kumar in mind. This story is quite different compared to that of ‘Gajini’. Of late Akshay started concentrating more on the action oriented films even if he had done films belonging to comedy genre all this while. Hence I gave more prominence to the action part in this new script. Vipul Shah will produce this film.”
