HEARTBEAT ENSEMBLE is a professional music group whixh performs Contemporary Fusion Music with a lot of percussion accent.
This evening HEARTBEAT will be performing our its fusion pieces, film based improvisational pieces, Medleys involving elements of East and West, Percussion Fantasy etc.

Dr. Ghatam Karthick - on Ghatam & Konnakol: Dr. Ghatam Karthick is one of icons of new age fusion music. His collaborations with several leading artistes from differnet genres involve Classical, Western, Film & Fusion.

He leads and orchestrates Heartbeat Ensemble with his creative compositions and path breaking ventures. Apart from being a much sought after artiste in the Carnatic music, Dr.Karthick has worked with Music Directors like llayaraja, Rahman and many others.
He holds a Doctorate in Sanskrit.

Palakkad Sreeram - on Keyboard & Flute: A Multi faceted Genius, who is versatile in several genres, SREERAM performs in innumerable instruments and well adept in overall perspective as a performing Indian Musician. THIRUVALLIKKENI SEKAR - on Thavil: Sekar is one of the most senior Thavil players. Has performed all over the world with top notch artistes like Dr. M.Balamuralikrishna, Dr.L.Subramaniam, Vikku Vinayakram, Subash Chandran, Kadri Gopalnath and many others. A Laya Genius of invaluable nature.

SARVESH KARTHICK - on Handsonic & Percussion: Inheriting the Rhythm Legacy from his father, Sarvesh learns Mridhangam from Legendary Subash Chandran. Sarvesh is adept in trying his hand on Newage percussion like the Wavedrum, Cajon, Handsonic, Frame drum and so on. Blessed to have performed with many senior professionals Sarvesh aims to make it higher in his performing credentials.
