Barbeque Nation presents "Southern Heat" which is a culinary tour of south Indian dishes and will be celebrated till 04th Dec 2016 in Hyderabad restaurants. Celebrating the cuisine of the 2 southern states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana all days during dinner sessions only.
SOUTHERN HEAT welcomes the guests with Pacchi Pulusu (tamarind flavoured drink with onions and green chillies followed by an assortment of succulent starters like Allam Kodi (Ginger flavoured chicken), Thallagadda Iguru (Garlic flavoured Shrimps), Karvapakku Chapa (Curry leaves flavoured fish), etc., for non-vegetarians and Paneer Karam, Subz Nizami Boti, Dhingri e Khaas and much more for the vegetarians. The main course boasts of mouth-watering recipes dished out in the form of Jhinge Kasalan, Gosht Elaichi Pasanda, Puntikurra Mamsam, Kacche Gosht kibiryani, Tomato Pappu and many more. Cheese Uttapam and Kari dosas with minced meat will complete the fare along with classics like Gosht ke Parchey and Skiampuri dished out live .The restaurant also serves the Double ka Meetha from Hyderabad and not to forget other delicious desserts like Yakuti (saffron flavoured rice pudding) and Semiya Shots.
