Seond Edition of The Acorn Book of Amazing Stories Book Launch at Oakridge International School

Oakridge International School is proud to present the Second edition of “The Acorn Book of Amazing Stories”. The second edition of the book series was unveiled by Mr. Avneesh Singh School Director, OIS, Gachibowli & Mr. DVRK Prasad, Director People combine at Oakridge International School, Gachibowli Campus today, The book features a collection of 64 exciting short stories, selected from a short story contest conducted by Oakridge School every year.

Through this book, Oakridge wanted to give students not only an opportunity to write short stories, but also experience an enriching sense of artistic fulfilment that comes from seeing their work published.

The stories penned down in this book are thought provoking and cover a large gamut of human emotions. From horror, adventure, mystery to real life drama, our students have managed to dabble in every kind of genre and come out with unique plots of their own. The book will leave you amazed at the leap of imagination, the children have undertaken in their stories.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Avneesh Singh (School Director – Oakridge Gachibowli) said that “Oakridge International School, like always, is excited about this literary initiative that instils a love for reading and writing in a child.
