Nandamuri Kalyanram is very happy with the success of ‘Pataas’ which has come after a long time of 10 years for him and thanked the audience for making the film a big success. On the success of ‘Pataas’, he took some time out of his day to share his happiness with his fans through the media.
How are you feeling the success of your film after 10 years?I’m very happy about the success of ‘Pataas’ and I’m also aware of the responsibly that comes with the success. With this success, the expectations for my next films are high. We made the film enjoying it. I’ve learnt a lot from my mistakes.
Have you ever feel sad about your failures in the past 10 years?
Success and failures are common. My family and my friends have given me great support in these 10 years. They boosted my energy and encouraged me and stood by me. I came here to prove myself. I’m very happy that I proved myself with the success of ‘Pataas’.
What have you learnt from ‘Pataas’ success?
I’ve learnt a lot for the failure of ‘Om’. I made that film with my own formula, but it was rejected. Hence, I gave importance to entertainment in ‘Pataas’. From now onwards, I will do only entertainment films.
Did you predicted that the film will be success when Anil Ravipudi narrated the script?
I don’t know the directional skills of Anil Ravipudi. He narrated me the script for two and half hours and I really enjoyed it. I kept faith on him and went ahead. Audience also received well.
Tell us about your upcoming films ‘Sher’ and ‘Kick-2’?
We are planning to release the film for this summer. It will also definitely impress the audience. Five songs and some talkie part are remaining in shooting. ‘Kick-2’ movie’s shooting is in progress.
