The buzz in the town is that actor Ravi Teja is intent on having a Sankranthi 2026 release come what may. He is pushing for this desperately because a Sankranthi release is a safe bet. This time, he doesn't want his release to meet the same fate as Eagle.
The Mass Maharaja is teaming up with Nenu Sailaja fame Kishore Tirumala later this year. This film, which is yet to be titled, will go on the floors soon. If everything goes will, it will target a Sankranthi release next year.
The union between Ravi Teja and Tirumala has been planned for many years. It is finally coming to fruition. The rumoured title of this yet-to-be-shot entertainer is Anaarkali.
Ravi Teja is currently doing Mass Jathara, which heads to theatres in the second half of 2025. Starring Sreeleela as the heroine, it is directed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu. Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi is producing this one alongside Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas. Srikara Studios is presenting the film whose music has been done by Bheems Ceciroleo of the recent Sankranthiki Vasthunam fame.
