In recent years, Raashi Khanna has gradually and silently moved away from Telugu cinema. Her second web series outing, 'Farzi', almost confirmed the same two years ago. Previously seen in the Hindi series 'Rudra: The Edge of Darkness' (streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar), Raashi has also acted in Hindi-language films like 'Yodha', co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and Disha Patani. The actress, after scoring flops like 'Thank You' and 'Pakka Commercial' in Telugu in recent times, became busier in Bollywood.
Year 2025 marks her re-entry. Unlike the movies of Naga Chaitanya and Gopichand, which proved disastrous for her career, this time, her upcoming Telugu movies are expected to rebrand her.
'Telusu Kada' and 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' are the ones. The films star Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Power Star Pawan Kalyan, respectively. Both films have her as one of the female leads, not as the only female lead. They are also produced by big banners (read People Media Factory and Mythri Movie Makers).
