Vishnuvardhan, the director of Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa fame, wants to team up with Allu Arjun. He hopes the universe will make everything fall into place for their collaboration.
"When Shershaah was released in theatres in 2021, two actors were the first to call and appreciate me. One is Kamal Haasan and the other one is Allu Arjun. Incidentally, Shershaah won a National Award, and Bunny, too, won a National Award (Best Actor for Pushpa: The Rise) that year," Vishnuvardhan said. Shershaah won the Special Jury Award (Feature Film) at the 69th National Film Awards.
Vishnuvardhan, after Panjaa flopped at the Telugu box office in 2011, went on to team up with Tamil superstar Ajith for Arrambam in 2013. Had Panjaa become a hit, he would have done a couple of big-ticket Telugu films. Shershaah, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, was a critically acclaimed movie.
