Kapil Sharma, the popular comedian and TV host, has reportedly received a death threat from someone from Pakistan. He received the threat through email. The sender behaved as though he was from India and belonged to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The police, however, have since discovered that the sender is from Pakistan.

Here is what the email received by Kapil Sharma says: "We are monitoring your recent activities and we believe it is important that we bring to your attention a sensitive matter. This is not a publicity stunt or an attempt to harass you, we urge you to treat this message with utmost seriousness and confidentiality."

There is a theory that some international forces are planning to sow seeds of chaos and unrest in India by targeting celebrities. At least two mini-celebrities based in Mumbai have received death threats in recent times. This is in addition to Salman Khan receiving a death threat. And the attempt on Saif Ali Khan's life is also said to be part of an international conspiracy.
