It is known that Saif Ali Khan was stabbed last night by an unknown person. The Mumbai police have formed seven teams to trace the so-called intruder who committed the crime.
Early investigation has thrown up an interesting result. As per a national media report, upon examining two hours of CCTV footage, the police couldn't find any intruder getting into the residential building where the incident took place. Does that mean Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an insider? If yes, who is that person? This is the angle from which the investigation is proceeding.
Meanwhile, the hospital where the Devara and Adipurush actor underwent surgeries has issued a statement. “Saif Ali Khan sustained 6 injuries, 2 of which are minor. Two of them are intermediate and the other two are deep injuries. One of the injuries is on the back which is close to spine. A neurosurgeon is involved in the surgery,” Lilavati Hospitals said.
As per a national media report, Kareen Kapoor (Saif's wife) and Karishma Kapoor turned up at the hospital one and a half hours after the actor was taken to there. They left the venue while a surgery was still on.
