Sharwa38: Sharwanand's last attempt at a new image

Looks like Sharwanand wants to become a mass hero, once again. His attempt at massiness fell flat with the failure of 'Ranarangam' and 'Maha Samudram', which had him in brutal roles.

The 'Manamey' actor has now teamed up with director Sampath Nandi, who is barely considered a star director by today's changing standards and evolving cinematic themes. The 'Shatamanam Bhavathi' actor's new film (which is his 38th) will be released in 2025.

The announcement poster came with a 'Devara'-level bombast. "When FEAR captivates the world with VIOLENCE, BLOOD becomes the WEAPON for the inception of a NEW WORLD (sic)," the line reads. The use of heavy-duty words like 'fear', 'blood', 'violence' and 'weapon' is indicative of an out-and-out violent cinema. And the phrase 'new world' implies that this period action drama is ambitious.

One hopes Sharwanand won't be failed by Sampath Nandi. If this one doesn't work, the 'Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu' actor would be back to family films. He is currently also working with Ram Abbaraju of 'Samajavaragamana' fame (produced by AK Entertainments) and Abhilash Reddy of 'Loser' fame (produced by UV Creations).
