Ranbir Kapoor-Sai Pallavi's 'Ramayana' was supposed to be produced by Allu Aravind and Madhu Mantena as well. However, the duo walked out of the project. Prime Focus Technologies is now its producer.

The news is that Allu and Mantena have issued a legal notice against Prime Focus, saying that their script has been used without the materialization of the transfer of ownership rights. If Prime Focus goes ahead with producing 'Ramayana' before the conclusion of the agreement, it would tantamount to infringement on Mantena's Intellectual Property.

"The use or exploitation of the script or material or any rights of our client in Project Ramayana, or by any person claiming through or under Prime Focus Technologies Limited or by any person claiming through or under Prime Focus Technologies Limited or by any other person enabling the same, constitutes an infringement of our client’s copyright, for the protection whereof, our client shall take the necessary steps as may be advised," the legal notice reads.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film also features Yash and Sunny Deol. It is slated to hit the cinemas in 2025. It went on the floors recently.
