'Fighter', the action film starring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, hit the cinemas on January 25. The Siddharth Anand directorial is currently hogging the headlines this week for a reason.
The film is currently available for streaming on Netflix in Hindi (with English subtitles). The streaming giant waited for the 8-week window to be completed.
'Fighter' netted Rs 124 Cr in India in its first extended weekend upon its theatrical release in January. Director Anand, in an interview in February, created a flutter when he commented that the film's aerial action was misunderstood by the audience. 'Operation Valentine' in Telugu and Hindi got compared to 'Fighter' upon the former's release in February.
Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Talat Aziz (as Hrithik's father) are part of the cast of 'Fighter'. With music by the Vishal–Shekhar duo, the film has cinematography by Satchith Paulose. Edited by Aarif Sheikh, 'Fighter' is produced by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures.
