The Food Safety Task Force in Hyderabad has been inspecting dozens of hotels and eateries since early March. The latest one to be found violating FSSAI norms is Vivaha Bhojanambu, a famous restaurant co-owned by actor Sundeep Kisan.

As per a news report on Wednesday, the upscale restaurant, otherwise known for tasty food items, was found indulging in "several food safety violations", among them the use of expired rice. The restaurant has also been blamed for improper storage practices, lack of medical certificates for handlers of food, stagnant water in the kitchen, and lack of adequate pest control measures. The hotel has been instructed to rectify its mistakes.

Sundeep Kishan, on the film front, was seen in 'Captain Miller' in Tamil and 'Ooru Peru Bhairavakona' in Telugu earlier this year. His third release is going to be 'Raayan', headlined by Dhanush. The A-rated movie will head to theatres on July 26.
