This is nothing but character assassination: Allu Arjun

Hours after Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi alleged that Allu Arjun saw the stampede incident as proof that his film would be becoming a hit, the actor spoke his heart out. He said that the insensitive comments attributed to him are entirely false.

"I am deeply disheartened by the allegations circulating about me. These unfounded claims are nothing short of character assassination. The spread of misinformation is deeply damaging. My reputation has been unjustly tarnished before the nation. I am deeply hurt by this unwarranted attack," Allu Arjun said.

He said that the death of Revathi and the hospitalization of her kid have saddened him so much that he hasn't been able to enjoy the success of 'Pushpa 2'. He added that he has been avoiding celebrations and meeting others. "I have just been at my residence," Bunny said.

Allu Arjun didn't take any questions from the media to avert legal complications. Apparently, he was advised by his lawyers to be extremely cautious. After he walked away, Allu Aravind took over and reiterated that he and his family won't say anything that might lead to legal troubles. "My son has reached this place after 22 years of hard work. At a time when his film is breaking records, he is morose and sad. I recently asked him to meet his friends and have fun. He told me the stampede incident has left him shattered," Aravind said.
