Days after Arshad Warsi opined that Prabhas looked like a joker in 'Kalki 2898 AD', director Nag Ashwin on Saturday tried to play a peaceful arbiter between Netizens who are engaged in a Tollywood vs. Bollywood fight. The 'Mahanati' maker wrote that Warsi should have chosen his words carefully but it's not a big deal. He promised to present the 'Salaar' actor in the best way possible in 'Kalki 2'.

"Let's not go backwards. No more north-south or Bolly vs Tolly. Eyes on the bigger picture. United Indian Film Industry.. Arshad saab should have chosen his words better..but it's ok. Sending him Bujji toys for his kids. I will work hard so he tweets FDFS that Prabhas was the best ever in 'Kalki 2'," Nag Ashwin wrote.

In another tweet, the 'Yevade Subrahmanyam' director urged a Bollywood fan page not to spread hatred by claiming that one industry is better than the other.

Nag Ashwin today extended an olive branch to Arshad Warsi a day after Tollywood's MAA shot a letter to a Mumbai-based association requesting that the Bollywood actor be asked to refrain from using "hurtful" language.
