It is known that 'Mosagallaku Mosagadu' was today re-released in theaters with a technological upgrade. Superstar Krishna's son, Mahesh Babu, is on cloud nine. If his latest statement about the movie's re-release is anything to go by, he values the classic and has invested emotionally in it.

He recalled that the movie was made by Padmalaya Studios. Describing his father as a courageous man who grounded "Hollywood standards" 52 years ago by using props like horses and combat scenes involving guns, the 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' actor said, "The film featured gun fights, huge set pieces, beautiful locations, treasure hunts, cowboy getups, and over-the-top budgets."

The film attained the distinction of being screened in more than 50 countries. People watched it not only in Telugu with subtitles but also in its dubbed versions.

Mahesh called his father a legend, adding that he brought out the first stereo sound film, the first cinema scope outing, the first 70MM marvel, the first James Bond experiment, the first cowboy attraction, and more.
