'Samajavaragamana', starring Sree Vishnu, is going to head to the theatres on May 18. The release date was announced today on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi.
A family entertainer, this Sree Vishnu-starrer is also a comedy film. "Our hero is doing a full-on comedy film (for the first time in years). It will be like 'Nuvvu Naku Nachav', 'Geetha Govindam', 'Nuvvu Leka Nenu Lenu' and other family hits. It will be released by myself. I am not on the lookout for distributors because its budget is high," the film's producer, Rajesh Danda of Hasya Movies, recently said. AK Entertainments is backing the film.

Ram Abbaraju of 'Vivaha Bhojanambu' fame is wielding the megaphone. Starring Reba Monica John (Anu Emmanuel's cousin) as the heroine, the film has Vennela Kishore, VK Naresh, and Sreekanth Iyengar in consequential roles. Raghu Babu, Rajeev Kanakala, and Devi Prasad are part of the cast.
