Natural Star Nani’s 'Dasara' has successfully won the battle for BO supremacy. The mass action drama has so far grossed Rs 100 Cr, with its momentum proving to be unstoppable in Nizam territory. In the US, the March 30th release is on its way to entering the two-million-dollar club.
"Our movie spectacularly cashed in a holiday on Wednesday and minted big figures on its sixth day," the makers said.
By grossing one billion rupees in six days, 'Dasara' has testified to the huge potential of Telugu cinema.
Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas recently gifted debutant director Srikanth Odela a BMW car worth Rs 80 lakh as a sweet gesture. Each key cast and crew member of the film has received a gift in the form of 10 grams of gold.
