'Poye Yenugu Poye' is the title of an upcoming entertainer whose trailer was launched on Friday. Directed by KS Nayak, the film has Master Sashanth and two other kids in lead roles. The children's entertainer is produced by PKN.
The story revolves around an elephant, the makers said at the event.
Speaking on the occasion of its trailer launch, T Prasanna Kumar of the Producers Council said that the film is coming out to woo children. It has been years since a Telugu drama featured an elephant at the centre.
'Poye Yenugu Poye' will also be released in other languages, not just Telugu.
Producer P Kesavan said, "The villain in this movie finds a hidden treasure. A magician tells him that he will have to sacrifice a baby elephant if he has to get hold of the treasure. How the elephant is saved by the protagonists is what the film is about. 'Baahubali' Prabhakar, Raghu Babu, Chitram Sreenu, Tamil actor Manobala are playing key roles."
With music by Bheems, the film has Ashok Reddy cranking the camera. Lyrics are by Srirag.
