Pawan Kalyan on Sunday threw his weight behind 'Major', which hit the cinemas on June 3. The actor stated that the film is doing well across languages and that he is happy about it.

"The struggle undergone by those who are ensuring national security needs to be known by all," Pawan remarked in the context of 'Major' being a biographical film on Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. "I sincerely wish Adivi Sesh today. He is the grandson of renowned author Adivi Bapiraju. He has a thorough understanding of relevant issues," Pawan added.

The 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' actor also congratulated producers Mahesh Babu, Anurag Reddy and Sarath Chandra. He also congratulated Prakash Raj (Major's father in the movie), Revathi (Major's mother in the movie), Saiee Manjrekar (the heroine), Sobhita Dhulipala (a hostage in the movie), Murali Sharma and the film's technical crew.

Reacting to Power Star's words, Adivi Sesh tweeted, "Dear Powerstar. My heart is full. Your warm personal note is truly touching. Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan is everything to me. 'Panjaa' then and 'Major' today. Truly thankful for your grace." Sesh got his first break with 'Panjaa', which was headlined by Pawan.
