Congress party uses 'Pushpa' craze

It's election time in Uttar Pradesh, India's largest State in terms of population. And a political party has come out with a campaign song borrowing its tune from 'Srivalli' song from 'Pushpa: The Rise'.

The poll anthem goes, 'Tu hai gazab, UP; Teri kasam, UP' (You are fantastic, UP; I swear, UP)." The song is tastefully done and it sounds professional, too. DSP's tune has been used to generate a patriotic flavour.

The development only goes to show how popular Devi Sri Prasad's tunes have become in the Hindi belt. The Samantha-Allu Arjun item song, too, has been hugely popular in North India.

Meanwhile, Goldmine Telefilms has officially said that the Hindi version of 'Pushpa' has netted Rs 100 Cr.
