Ramki of 'Gangaputrulu' fame is ready with a film titled 'Journalist'. The news is that it will release in theatres on February 5. Directed by K Mahesh, the film has Tashu Koushik as the heroine. Director N Shankar and senior actor Suresh have played key roles.
Speaking about the movie, Ramki today said, "I like those who have social consciousness such as journalists That's why I have made a film on them." He added that journalists put their lives on the line to bring out the truth. "I am glad that Shankar garu has done our movie," Ramki said.
Subba Rao, the actor, said, "We have shown how politicians and media heads use journalists for their selfish motives in this film." Raj Kumar, the presenter of the movie, wrote, "Journalists have a high place in society."
Chalapathi Rao, Suresh Mysore, Giri and others are part of the cast. Music is by Raghu Kunche and Dr. Joshya Bhatla. Cinematography is by Mujir Malik. Editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.
