Mukesh Kumar, an M.Sc. gold medalist and a polyglot who can speak 12 languages, recently turned a director with a thriller titled 'Samantha'. The youngster had to quit his software job in Dubai to make this promising indie film.
Billed as a film full of twists and turns 'Samantha' has been nominated for the Indian International Film Festival. A challenging science-based movie, the film deals with the concept of hypnotism.
The director believes that telling a story in an intriguing manner holds the key. "I have to prove myself on the silver screen before making films with big stars," he says, suggesting that he will be making mainstream movies in the coming years.
The new-age thriller, 'Samantha', stars Siri Khanakan, Lirin, Ramesh Neel, Sreekanth, and Pruthvi.
