Superstar Rajinikanth, who was in Hyderabad for the pre-release event of 'Darbar' Telugu version, spoke about what keeps him going at the age of 70.

"Expect less, worry less, eat modestly, sleep normally, do little exercise and talk less. Doing these things will keep you happy forever. I'm energetic and happy at this age only because I believe in and follow that lifestyle", said Rajinikanth adding, "I am still playing the lead man at this age only because of the fans' love towards me".

Speaking about Telugu audiences and 'Darbar', Rajini said, "'Anthuleni Katha' released in 1976 and I'm sure 99 percent of those who are present here today were not even born then. Telugu audiences love me as much as the Tamil audiences do. They always encourage good movies. Many of my movies did well in Telugu not because of me but because of some magic that happened during the making. But it is not at all in our hands. Doing 'Darbar' felt like magic. I always wanted to work with Murugadoss and I'm glad that it finally happened with this movie. My friend Subaskaran is a very good person. He is currently producing 'Ponniyin Selvan' movie, which will be big like 'Baahubali' films. 'Darbar' is not an easy film to make. The treatment to the story and the technical values made it special. Ram-Lakshman are not ordinary stuntmen. They are like Yogis. I've done more than 160 films but 'Darbar' is a special film for me. Suneil Shetty and other actors have done a good job. I pray to God to bless you all with happiness"
