All India Superstar Rajinikanth is all set to share screen space with Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu in an upcoming film. Sources from the film unit says that renowned producer U Suryanarayana Babu, who produced super hit films like Rajinikanth’s ‘Ram Robert Rahim’ in Telugu, ‘Meri Adalat’ in Hindi and ‘Mahaguru’ in the past, will be producing the film. It seems both Rajini Kanth and Mahesh Babu have given green signal to the project. U Suryanarayana Babu has produced a multi starrer film ‘Annathammula Saval’ in the combination of Super Star Krishna and Rajinikanth while ‘Shankaravam’ and ‘Bazaar Rowdy’ with Mahesh Babu in the past. In the same way he made two films with prominent Kannada hero Ambarish. He made over 30 films in Telugu, Hindi and Kannada languages under Padmavathi Pictures banner. He made his debut into the film industry through Krishnam Raju’s film ‘Manushulu Chesina Dongalu’. After ‘Alludu Diddina Kaapuram’, he has not taken any project. Suryanarayana Babu is a close relative to Krishna. He is the husband to Super Star Krishna’s sister and uncle to Prince Mahesh Babu. Meanwhile, the credit of introducing a famous director A Kodanda Ramireddy to the film industry through the film ‘Sandhya’ goes to Suryanarayana Babu.
Suryanarayana and Kethireddy Jagadiswara Reddy approached Rajinikanth on Tuesday at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Kethireddy Jagadiswara Reddy who arranged the meet said, “I asked Mahesh Babu if he was ready for this project. He said OK.”
Rajinikanth’s ‘Linga’ shooting is completed. “Rajini agreed, and he said that once his film commitment with Eros was done, he would start the shoot,” said Suryanarayana.
