I just can’t digest the news of the sudden demise of legendry director Bapu garu. He carved special image for himself in the hearts of Telugu audience as a great director and as an illustrator. He won an immense fame in the Telugu industry. There is no exaggeration to say that nobody can make drawings like he does. He is known for sketching curves and eyes women beautifully and sketching Sriramudu, Krishnudu, Sita and Anjanejudu extraordinarily. Not just with sketches, he introduced himself as a creative director to the Telugu people by making artistic films.
Even in the days when computer graphics are not there, he filmed the scene, in which Sita Devi has to come from the earth, wonderfully in ‘Sithamma Pelli’. It is unforgettable that I won appreciation form the towering man. It is really shocking news for us that he is no more with us. He has joined a hospital at Chennai today morning with heart pain and took his last breath. I and our family members are flying to Chennai to convey our condolences for the sudden demise of the legendary director and we pray to Lord Sai Baba that his soul rest in peace. Strength to the family members of Bapu!
