Director Krish grabs Bollywood offer

Director Krish, who carved a niche for himself in Tollywood through films like ‘Gamyam’, ‘Vedam’ and ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’, now, bags an offer in Bollywood. Yes, film nagar reports claim that the director is going to weild megaphone for a remake movie to be produced by Sanjay Leela Bansali. The remake movie is Chiranjeevi’s ‘Tagore’ in which Krish will be directing Akshay Kumar. Blockbuster movie ‘Tagore’, directed by VV Vinayak was also a Telugu remake of Tamil super hit movie ‘Ramana’. Earlier, rumors had it that Prabhu Deva would be directing it in Hindi as he delivered superhits like ‘Wanted’ and ‘Rowdy Rathore’, but Krish grabbed the golden opportunity. According to producer Sanjay Leela Bansali, changes in script are being made as per the Hindi nativity and present social situations and the film will go on the sets in November. This is the first time Krish is trying his hand on a remake film after his first commercial entertainer ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’.
