After winning the audience as well as the critics appreciations with his maiden directorial venture ‘Dhoni’, the multi-talented
Prakash Raj decided that his next film would be ‘Ulavacharu Biryani’ with himself and
Tabu in lead roles. It’s learnt that this is the remake of Malayalam super hit movie ‘Salt & Pepper’. Besides directing and acting in the film, Prakash will also produce it under his Duet Movies banner. Yet another interesting part is that he has roped in maestro Ilayaraja to compose the music and Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry for the lyrics. ‘Ulavacharu Biryani’ is most likely to kick off in February 2013, and would be made in three languages – Telugu, Tamil and Hindi simulataneously. Stay tuned for more updates on this interesting project. But right now, the actor is busy in shootings with multiple films on hand.
